Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Praxala, provided by Praxala . By using Praxala you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Praxala is a multi-tenant business platform that includes CRM, field service, website and content management, a customer portal, and AI features. We may update or improve the service over time.
2. Accounts and eligibility
- You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- You must be authorized to enter into these Terms on behalf of your organization.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including: violating laws; sending unlawful or unsolicited messages; infringing intellectual property; attempting to breach security; or interfering with other customers.
4. Fees and billing
Paid plans are billed per the pricing in effect at purchase. Billing terms: monthly/annual, automatic renewal if not cancelled 30 days prior, refunds within the first 30 days only, and applicable US state taxes.
5. Trial
Trials are provided as-is for evaluation and may be changed or ended at our discretion. 60-day free trial with our business license, up to 5 users. Trial license period and trial user base may vary based on use case.
6. Your data and ownership
You own your data. You can export it at any time. We process your data to provide the service and per our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data.
7. Third-party services and AI keys
Praxala supports bring-your-own AI provider keys with budget controls. You are responsible for your use of third-party services and any associated costs. Third-party terms apply to those services.
8. Intellectual property
We retain all rights in the Praxala software and brand. These Terms do not grant you rights in our intellectual property except the limited right to use the service.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited.
11. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the service. On termination you may export your data for a reasonable period, no longer than 45 days after termination notice has been received.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms and will notify you of material changes. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
